We also exists as a result of the humane passion in addressing crosscutting issues evolving around the welfare, transformation and development of youth and young people, especially women and girls from the trepidation of society in Sierra Leone and beyond.
Our targets are mainly Youths, marginalized women, girls and other minority groups, because of the many challenging issues surrounding their growth and developments, particularly in this part of the world where especially women continue to face deprivation, violence and other forms of abuse in their daily lives.
So we seek to educate, promote and advocate for equal access to opportunities for youth and young people regardless of their gender, tribe or race, and further provide relevant transformational services for their survival and development that will enhance them to become liberated, empowered, self-reliant and key partners in national sustainable development.
We are keenly committed and dedicated to promoting human capital development holistically by tackling acute poverty and youth unemployment issues through effective advocacy and excellent service delivery at community, local and national levels.

We build capacities and advocate for the improvement of the socio-economic status of the marginalized and less fortunate, and promote the social rights of young people through collective sensitization and training; seeking to positively influence and empower them to be developed and become self-reliant and instill in them leadership values and qualities in exploring their future possibilities. Dear Friends,

Since our establishment, our passion has been advocating for positive change and addressing the pressing issues faced by young individuals, especially women, girls, and persons living with disabilities.
I’m devoted to serving humanity across the world by addressing the derivation causes of poverty and empowering communities by addressing short-term needs while looking for long term solutions for better and sunnier future. At FIIG, we firmly believe in the transformative power of youth. We envision a world where every young person, regardless of their gender, tribe, or race, has equal access to opportunities and is empowered to become a leader.
